The Signature Hypnobirthing Course has been created to help you explore what works best for you, no matter what type of birth you’re planning for.
It’s been shaped and inspired by the families I’ve supported over the last 7 years, as well as my own experiences of both a natural birth (after overcoming medical and birth anxiety) and a caesarean birth using hypnobirthing.
Both logical and science‑based, the course also introduces tools such as mindfulness and hypnobirthing techniques to help you feel safe and in control in different birthing environments.
It breaks down the “birthy” topics and explores the things you might want to think about too —
How can I support myself to feel calm during birth?
What if my birth plans change?
How can my birth partner help me feel safe?
What can I ask for? What can I say no to?
